HI, I'M IRENA

I am a Behaviour Coach and Systemic Practitioner with over 20 years experience across a range of educational, clinical and community settings.

I've always had an intuitive sense of how people relate to one another and how to move things forward when challenges arise. That instinct shapes my work as a behaviour coach, supporting individuals to find clear, effective ways to bring about positive change. 

​

I've worked within child, adolescent, adult and family services, supporting children with complex emotional and behavioural needs, teenagers in crisis, and adults navigating life's challenges and the demands of parenting. The work has often been tough but always meaningful. I don't come in to label or judge - I aim to listen, understand, and help identify what's happening so change can start to take shape. More than anything, I want people to feel heard, understood and confident there is a way forward.

Whether I am working with parents, guardians, families or professionals, my aim is always the same - to bring insight, calm, and practical steps that make everyday life feel more manageable and connected.
