EXPERT GUIDANCE FOR PARENTS AND FAMILIES
"I will support you to start making positive change from day one"

Irena Amber-Freeman

Every family has its challenges.

If you are a parent or guardian of a child struggling with emotional regulation, behaviour, attention and focus (such as ADHD), anxiety, relationships, or the pressures of school life, I'll help you find the tools, confidence, and balance to make positive change.

Many families face long waiting lists for support, sometimes waiting months or even years for help to begin. It's easy to feel powerless or stuck while waiting for things to move forward. Whether you're looking for guidance before a diagnosis or support afterwards, I can help you now.

My coaching sessions include personalised, practical strategies, designed to effect immediate change and build lasting outcomes.
ABOUT ME
I am Irena, The Behaviour Coach. Over the past 20 years, I have worked across a range of educational, clinical and community settings - including local authority early years teams and NHS family therapy services.

This breadth of experience has shaped my understanding of how every family's journey is unique and how the right support can make a lasting difference.
MY APPROACH
I am compassionate, supportive and direct. My approach is grounded in understanding and connection - recognising where change is needed and focusing on lasting progress.

Together with parents, guardians and families, I help create calm, confident environments where children can thrive. I combine professional insight and lived experience to develop practical, personalised strategies that support meaningful positive change at home and in school.
COACHING SESSIONS
I work with parents and guardians to help children and teenagers thrive. Each coaching journey begins with understanding your family's needs and focuses on positive, practical change.

I support you to understand behaviours, build confidence, and strengthen relationships at home.
I also work in partnership with schools and other professionals when needed, to provide continuity and support.

“Parenting is tough. Behaviour is complex. I help you navigate the challenges with understanding, not judgement”
